Once we have shipped the item, we have no control over the amount of time it takes in transit, but our customers tell us that most items arrive reasonably quickly. Customers located on the west coast and outside the United States should allow for extra time for your item to reach you.

It's not a tracking number and may not show anything other than the item has been shipped, and the item has been delivered. If the USPS system shows "waiting for the item to be delivered" it just means that we've printed the label. We drop items off daily!
