RETURN POLICY

If the auction item you have ordered is defective, incorrect, damaged, etc., please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item & we will be more than happy to take care of the issue for you. In the event a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
2. All returns for exchange, replacement, or refund must be sent with our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number & must get our authorization before any returns are excepted. This will help us to process the return faster & avoid any misunderstandings. Please make sure to email us with any problems immediately after receipt of item(s).

4. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any Undeliverable, Recipient Not Available, Returned, Refused unauthorized or etc. items.
