  • Domestic Shipping: We ship via Fed Ex, USPS Priority/ First Class Mail or UPS (chosen by us). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS or UPS and may incur an extra charge. From the day we ship, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of items in the continental United States.
  • International Shipping: please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages will be marked as merchandise, not as a gift.

Jentsch Racing and Apparel (J.R.A) accepts both returns or exchanges on all new product within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with all packaging, manuals, tags, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges to exchange or return an item. For returned items, original shipping/free shipping freight charges will be deducted from the refunded price. To exchange or return please contact us to receive a RMA# and instructions.
