100% Satisfaction Guarantee! All parts have a 15 day refund/replacement warranty Customers must notify us within 15 days of receiving item. To return an item you must contact us within the 15 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). Items returned without proper authorization will not be processed. If you received a part that is different than pictured, please let us know.
Computers ECMs, PCM, ECU, BCM are non-refundable unless wrong item was sent or item was different than what was shown. All shipping costs are non-refundable and wrong ordered parts are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. Race Auto Parts Recyclers will cover original shipping only if we are at fault for sending a wrong part or a damaged part.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
Products may require professional installation. Race Auto Parts Recyclers is not responsible for any damages and or liabilities may cause installing or using this product.
Shipping
Race Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via UPS ground. All orders require 24 hours to process prior to shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. All payments must clear before we can ship.
We only ship to a confirmed PayPal address. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to your registered PayPal email address.
Items with FREE shipping apply only to addresses within the continental 48 states of USA, which does not include Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii.
We cannot ship to PO, FPO or APO Box please.
Pick up at our facilities is available. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up.
Items will be shipped within 1 day of purchase. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. No expedited shipping is available.
