• Shipping is ONLY to the 48 Contiguous US States. For AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO, FBO, please contact us first before purchasing for a shipping quote. Orders will be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours in the instance that shipping is not offered.
• PO Boxes: Please include a physical street address. Many items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Your order will be delayed if a physical address is not provided.
• Items are packed appropriately for a safe delivery. Items will be shipped within 1 business days after receiving the payment. Please allow between 3-7 business days for the delivery.(most items are delivered within 2-5 business days). Shipping is either through UPS ground or Fedex ground.

RETURNS
•All items qualify for returns within 14 days of receipt.
• Please send a message through eBay if an item is damaged, broken, or incorrect so we can promptly track and resolve any issues.
• If item is not broken or damaged, shipping charges will not be reimbursable and a restocking fee will be charged.
15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please don't send items by yourself, you going to receive our confirmation and our labels for all returns.
