KTM REAR WHEEL UPGRADE KIT

• Shipping For P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, HI, PR, AK, Virgin Island and all international will be ship by USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Please email us for shipping & handling cost.
• All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
• We do not provide local pick up or will-call.
• Products will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after we receive the payment. Tracking # will be email to you once your order is complete and ship out.
• Please contact us after 3 business days if you did not received any order confirmation or tracking status confirmations.
• We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. And also customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

• All sales are final, No refunds or credits. All items come with 30 day (30 days from the original invoice date) replacement warranty unless advertised differently.
• After 30 days, each product carries each own individual manufacturer warranties, as offered by the manufacturer directly.
• No returns will be accepted for defective products if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
• We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returnned to the buyer at their expense.
• If the merchandise is defective, please contact us for RETUR MACHANDISE # for replacement. If the product is tested defective after we received, we will ship a replacement to you, otherwise the same item will be shipped back and your account will be charged for re-shipping fee (should be paid prior to re-shipping takes place) or 15% restocking fee.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, and we are responsible for the postage for mailing a new item to you. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances, Including DOA (defect on arrival) product.
