This is a 1950s Jeep Wagon or Pickup Oil Bath Air Filter with a Fiber Filter.

Measures 3 1/2" tall, 9 1/4" diameter, 2 3/4" diameter OD port with a 2 1/4" diameter port ID. There is small pin holes with one small hole in the outside casing.
