Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided nor are we responsible for loss or damage caused from installation or removal of part.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
In some cases we are unable to start vehicles due to damage so stated miles are obtained from vehicles title. If any questions please feel free to contact us through email
Electrical Policy: All of our electrical items (window regulator, alternator, etc.) that we have listed are to our knowledge expected to be in a workable condition when properly installed in a vehicle. However, most of our vehicles are in non-working condition so we aren't able to fully operate all electrical parts on these vehicles. We do not issue warranties on electrical parts. If there is an issue with your part please contact us as soon as possible through email.
The buyer is responsible for purchasing the correct part. If the buyer purchases the incorrect part from our listing there will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned items. This restocking charge will be deducted from the refund total.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
