Shipping
We use FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or US Postal Service Priority Mail, at our discretion, to all of our continental US customers.  Due to how the automated system works, sometimes our auction may specify (for example) FedEx Ground.  However, we may actually ship your product with UPS or the USPS instead.
We have flat and affordable shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Canada, and over 200 countries! Outside of the 48 continental US states, we virtually always ship US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, and sometimes FedEx International Economy. We do reserve the right to ship via another method at our discretion.  If you require a specific method of shipping, contact us before purchasing the product and we will be happy to assist you.


Shipping Time
Most D2 Racing products are in stock in either our warehouse in Texas, or the D2 warehouse in California.  If we do not have it in stock, and D2 Suspension does, then we will ship directly from D2 to your door for all of our US continental customers. We will provide you a tracking number as soon as we ship your order from either our warehouse or D2's.  Normal transit time is 1-4 business days depending on how far you are from Texas or California.


Warranty
All D2 Racing products are covered by their normal warranty when you purchase from us.  Again, we are an Authorized Distributor, not a fly-by-night business that buys from someone that buys from someone that buys from D2.  In the rare event you have any issues with your D2 Racing item, please contact us and we will be happy to facilitate the warranty process and help you through it.

We expect to earn POSITIVE feedback from you. We expect to earn FIVE STAR ratings from you. If you have had a NEGATIVE experience with us for any reason, please contact us BEFORE you leave feedback.  We will do everything possible to remedy anything that has gone wrong and make you happy!

Please contact us via the eBay contact system. We typically respond the same business day, or at most within 1 business day.

We are closed weekends and all major USA Holidays. Please keep this in mind when you contact us and are waiting on us to respond.

Payment Terms

We require that all payments be paid through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay). This allows you to pay with any credit card, debit card, bank account, or your Paypal balance!
Your address must be confirmed. Buyers who pay with unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted. Those that purchase with an unconfirmed address will be contacted and will be asked to cancel their bid; a refund in full will be issued. We refuse to service Paypal unconfirmed shipping addresses to prevent fraud on eBay.  We do this at the recommendation of both Paypal and eBay.  We are following their policies on how to best protect both us, the seller, and you the buyer.
