PAYMENT 

• WE ACCEPT PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT.
• Payment must be received within 7 days.
• If you come pick up the item or it is shipped anywhere in Arkansas, you will be subject to any applicable state sales tax.

SHIPPING

• Shipping prices are figured for 48 states. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.
• We ship FEDEX ground unless other arrangements have been made PRIOR to bidding.
• You must have a street address, NO P.O. BOXES.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
• You will receive an email notification of shipment.

RETURNS

• We will accept returns if all the below apply:
• The item is received back in the same condition it was shipped out in.
• The item is shipped back within 7 days of receipt.
• You understand we are not responsible for shipping and insurance both ways. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING.
• If damaged in shipment, we must be notified within 7 days in order to file a claim with FEDEX.

This part is for sale in our showroom. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end auction early if the part sells before auction ends. If you have a problem with any item that you purchase, please give us a call before leaving negative feedback. We will make every effort ot resolve the situation.

Please note that while every effort goes into assuring the accuracy of every item, price and description that we post, human errors can and do occur. As such, your participation by bidding on an item or submitting a “Buy It Now” order accepts this fact, and you agree not to hold Sunrise Motorsports responsible for such errors. Any errors discovered and reported to us will be corrected as soon as possible. As we are quite sure that most of our bidders have made at least one error along life’s journey, we appreciate your understanding of our position.
