Ferodo Clutch Plate Kit with Springs for 1986-1988 Kawasaki KDX200 - NEW!!!

The Product: A new Ferodo clutch plate kit for the 1986-1988 Kawasaki KDX200. We do not know if these will fit any other years or models.

Research: We received these clutch plates through a buyout and all of the information we have on them is listed here. These are labeled as being Motorcycle Stuff part #4551070 and Ferodo part #FCS0415; however we believe these are labeled incorrectly since we previously sold a set of these clutch plates and the customer returned them stating they did not fit their application. We acquired a database from Ferodo which provides measurements of the fiber clutches and the corresponding Ferodo part number. The fibers included in this listing measured about 119.75mm in overall outside diameter, 99.22mm inside diameter, 3.00mm thick and have 12 teeth. The steel clutches measured about 120.20mm in overall outside diameter, 93.18mm inside diameter and are 1.48mm thick. The springs are about 35mm tall and have about a 14.69 outside diameter. According to the database we received the measurements for the fiber clutches corresponds with Ferodo part #FCD0420. The Ferodo website lists numerous models which utilize part #FCCD0420; however only the 1986-1988 Kawasaki KDX200 requires six springs, seven fiber clutches and six steel clutches therefore we have deducted this clutch kit will fit that model. Since we have no way to verify this we suggest you compare the measurements of the fiber clutches, steel clutches and springs provided above to your existing ones to help determine if this will fit your motorcycle. Please look over the pictures closely and review our return policy noted below prior to purchasing this clutch kit.

Layout of Pictures: The first picture shows everything included in this listing. In the second picture you can see one fiber, one steel and one spring close up. The third picture shows the label on the packaging which shows Motorcycle Stuff part #4551070 and Ferodo part #FCS0415; however as stated above we believe this kit was mislabeled and these are actually Ferodo part #FCD0420. The fourth picture shows the database we acquired from Ferodo which shows similar measurements of the fibers included in this kit and states they are Ferodo part #FCD0420. The fifth picture shows the listing for this kit on the Ferodo website.

Condition: This clutch kit is new and in good shape aside from some light rub marks and scratches caused by the packaging rubbing against the components.

If you wish to make alternative arrangements for shipping (such as Next Day Air, Second Day, etc), they must be approved by us through email prior to bidding. Our Guarantee: After receiving this item, you have 14 days to inspect it. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it as outlined in our policy below:

(1) Our customer service is included with your package (on the sheet included with your invoice), you will have to email that address within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot post the address here because of Ebay's rules.
(2) The item is to be received back in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please look at the pictures in the ad to compare to the item you receive. If your item is in different condition than pictured, please contact Customer Service via e-mail because it is most likely an insurance claim to settle with the shipping carrier. Please retain your original shipping material, including the box in which the item arrived. If it has sustained shipping damage, a carrier claim needs to be filed; contact Customer Service via e-mail in order to process the claim.
(3) If the item arrives as described in the ad, with no damage from shipping, a $10 restock fee that covers processing and eBay fees will be deducted from your refund.
(4) You will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. You will also be responsible for insuring the package when you send it back to us to ensure that we safely receive it. We do not refund your shipping/insurance costs.
(5) If your item arrives and is MATERIALLY DIFFERENT than the description in the ad, please contact Customer Service to receive a full refund on the item and on shipping charges.
