ABOUT OUR ENGINES
When new vehicles arrive, our inventory/dismantle staff will inspect and test each engine. All engines are run tested if possible and a leak down test will be performed at dismantle. We will also check for smoking, oil leaks, and bottom end noises. After the engine is removed from the vehicle it will go thru the ENGINE/TRANSMISSION inspector who will give the unit a visual check for any breakage, drain the oil and check for contaminants, then it will be pressure washed and put in our warehouse for storage.
ALL engines are sold as “long block” only. The long block will include the oil pan, block, head(s), and valve cover(s). These are the only parts that are covered under our 6 MONTH NO HASSLE GUARANTEE. The engine will NOT include the starter, alternator, steering pump, turbo, supercharger, ac compressor, coil, coil packs, distributor, throttle body, and/or ecu. Many external parts are left attached to the engine, this is only to aid in the installation of the replacement engine. These parts do not always interchange exactly and all installers are strongly advised to thoroughly inspect all replacement engines AND any parts that are left on the engine before installing. These external parts are NOT covered under our 6 MONTH NO HASSLE GUARANTEE. Contact us if you have any questions concerning fitment of this engine.

Returns
If you need to return an item for any reason, we ask that you call us. You must obtain an RMA # prior to returning any part(s). You can call us or message us on eBay to obtain your RMA #. To insure a prompt refund any item(s) returned must include an RMA number clearly written on the packaging. If you're returning a part because you bought the wrong one or no longer need it we will not be able to refund the original shipping cost on your purchase, and these returns are subject to a restocking fee. Return and original shipping credits along with restock fees are dealt with on a per case basis at the discretion of Import Auto Salvage.
