Although it is rare to receive an HID light that doesn't work, it does happen. All of our HID components are untested and are sold AS IS and will not be refunded. Be aware of this before bidding. There are also no guarantees on LED components to the lights. LED's are not tested and are sold AS IS.
Headlight and tail lights are not guaranteed to come with bulbs, accessories like bulb clips and locks or wiring unless specified. These are used parts, and may come with minor scratches and scuffs that go along with being used

Customer service is very important to us. We attempt to please every customer and look forward to future and repeat bidders. Before posting negative feedback, we ask that you give us the opportunity to resolve all issues.   It is our objective to ensure that you have a positive experience with our auctions and will want to post positive feedback.

Bidding:
Before placing a bid, you should read our complete auction listing and contact us through eBay email messaging with any questions. We will respond to all questions within 24 hours unless it is on a weekend or National Holiday. Anyone with “0” or “negative feedback” should email us before placing a bid. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to the following conditions:
•You have read and agree to the terms and conditions of All Star Auto Salvage that are stated in this eBay listing.
•You have read the item description and looked at all photos posted in the description.
•You understand that you are bidding on a USED OEM salvaged item unless otherwise stated in the description.

SHIPPING:
•Our shipping cost includes a small packaging and handling fee added to the actual carrier cost.
•Shipping fees are non-negotiable.
•All orders will be shipped as soon as possible, and your item should be received in 8 to 10 days from the time payment is received.
•An incomplete shipping address will delay shipment until it is verified by the buyer and a valid telephone number is needed so the carrier can contact you with any shipping issues.
• All Domestic damaged/lost/stolen packages with insurance require a 1-2 weeks claiming period.
•We ship to the 48 Continental United States ONLY. There are NO exceptions to this.

Payment:
•We accept PayPal, and credit card over the phone.
•Items will not ship until E-checks and personal checks have cleared
•All personal checks must have a valid driver’s license number and date of birth on the check.
•All payments must be received within 5 days of auction close.
•Sales Tax of 9.75% will be applied to all items shipped to a Tennessee address.

Return Policy:
We take great care to accurately describe all our items, including any known damage. We supply photos of the actual items listed and warrant them to be as described and shown in the photos when shipped. Unless noted in the listing, our items are used salvaged OEM parts. Returns will be accepted only if there is a discrepancy in the listing and we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the buyer's responsibility entirely. All returns must be approved in advance by Dave or Keith. A full refund will be issued once we verify that the item returned is the same item shipped and there was an error in the listing description. Winning bidders that request that their winning bid be canceled will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Non-Paying winning bidders will be reported to eBay. All questions about the items should be resolved prior to bidding
