Installation, I don't just attach it on outright to the switch head, though it does hold snugly like it is suppose to. In my experience it works best with a little contact cement, glue ect... Over time rubber will get play and then give...like anything else, you know what happens... So for best results with this part, I do strongly recommend a adhesive on the inner side of cover pad.
