We invoice our customers by e-mail. If payments are not received in a timely manner. This notification serves only as a reminder and insures adequate time to respond and protect payments that may be lost in the mail.

We do not penalize customers for circumstances beyond their control such as lost mail, computer glitches or natural disasters.

We list our items as new see other details. This is due to the fact that we sometimes have taken items out of original packing to ensure safe packing or to take pictures. If it is used or a display item we will have it in our description.

We ship free to the lower 48 states. Shipping usually occurs 1-4 business days after payment has been received. (Depending on item availability). International buyers only pay actual shipping and a handling fee for items that are shipped outside the continental United States.
Our company operates from several different warehouses and some items must be brought together to our central shipping warehouse before they will ship, this process may increase delivery time.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

We have no control over our customs or yours. Please let us know if you haven't received your item in a reasonable time. We will try to do whatever we can. We have had some International items take up to six weeks And longer to be delivered (due to customs). Please keep this in mind before purchasing. We appreciate your patience.

Midwest Custom Cycles Inc. makes no warranty of the parts that are distributed by us, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If the manufacturer has a warranty, it will be included with the product. Manufacturer may alter or change appearance of products from what is displayed in our images. We are not responsible for production changes that might occur from the manufacturer.

WARNING

Improper installation of parts, use, control, alteration or maintenance of Motorcycles can cause serious injury, death and/or property damage. We recommend that a licensed motorcycle dealer, which is certified to work on Harley Davidson(R) motorcycles, install all parts.

This dealer must use good judgement in helping customers in the selection of parts for installation. Midwest Custom Cycles has no control over the judgement of others and assumes no responsibility or liability of any nature for the failure of others to use good judgement.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day money- back return policy. If there's and error on buyer’s part they must pay return shipping and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. If there's an error on our part we will pay return shipping as well as a full refund. If you have a return please contact us
