Hi, and thanks for looking at my auction. You are bidding on a package of 10 new bumper bolts with nuts for a 1971 Chevy or GMC. The picture shows a close up of 1 bolt but you will get 10. This is enough to do front and rear bumpers on a fleetside or stepside truck.  These are 1 1/2" long stainless steel capped bumper bolts.
