We only ship to the USA at this time. No international orders, please. Our shipping policies for domestic orders are:
- Ground Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous US states where the item has been marked as "Free Shipping."
- We ship via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail (chosen by us). After we have shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
- OEM parts can take up to an extra week for delivery.
- If you need your order faster, please contact us for a price quote on upgrading your shipping.
- Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS and will incur an extra charge.
- Oil and chemicals are only shipped via UPS. No exceptions can be made.
- All packages are fully insured.
- Orders paid with PayPal are shipped to confirmed addresses only.
- Orders paid with credit cards are shipped to the card's billing address.

RETURNS
All returns require authorization. Please contact us before returning any item. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong item. Some exchanges will also incur a restocking fee.
Damaged Orders:
In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please call us at 916-550-1922. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will instruct you on the next steps to take.
