This is a used Blue-Point Valve Adjustment Tool (for cars with 9/16” jam nut valve screws). The part number is YA9045. This 9/16” Jam Nut Type Valve Adjustment Tool includes an idle adjustment 1/8” hex driver within a socket and handle for holding adjustment screw in place while the jam nut is tightened. Handle pivots from one side to the other so the socket "window" is always visible.  It is in great working condition.

International Priority Mail only if out of the USA, I am sorry to say I will not use USPS small flat rate boxes or envelopes anymore on international shipments due to loss by USPS which causes me to loose the item and the money, so if you are an out of USA buyer, YOU will HAVE to pay for regular USPS Priority Mail, NO EXCEPTIONS.  I also mark all customs documents with the FULL payment price, no exceptions, no gifts, you will pay the customs fees as per the rules.
