After your purchase we request that you complete the checkout within 3 days of your purchase. Payment must clear within 10 days of auction close. After 10 days, we will open an Unpaid Item Dispute and file for a refund from eBay. Items shipping to an Illinois address will be charged Illinois State Sales Tax of 6.25%.

Unless otherwise noted the shipping price quoted in the listing is for areas in the continental USA only. For shipping prices to AK, HI and PR, please call 815-562-4620 for a shipping quote.

Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days from the date payment is received unless otherwise noted in the listing.  We will provide tracking information via eBay within 24 hours of shipment. 

International Shipping

Delivery times for international orders vary greatly due to shipping and customs delays. It is not uncommon for an item to take as long as 6 weeks to arrive in some countries.

Many countries impose additional taxes, duties, or other charges on imported items. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost that we charge. Any import duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office prior to purchase for information regarding import fees..

Return Policy

Please read our shipping and return policy carefully.

Your satisfaction is our goal; we stand behind 100% of the products we sell.  If you are not happy with a product for any reason simply return the item for exchange or refund provided it   

Please Note: If you are requesting an exchange all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  In addition, if you are returning an item for any reason that we are not at fault, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.   

Returns and Exchanges

Prior to returning any item you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number.  Return items must be complete in new, unused condition.  Return items must be in original manufacturer’s packaging.  All tags, labels and stickers must be attached.  Please make sure all parts fit prior to cutting, painting or installation.  Altered/installed items are not returnable and non-refundable. 

If you fail to contact Fly-N-Cycle, Inc. prior to returning an item you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  In addition, if a returned item does not meet all criteria outlined in the paragraph above, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
