 63 FORD TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY & HOUSING

 THESE ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ESPECIALLY IN GOOD CONDITION. TRUST ME.  NOT ONLY DO WE RARELY FIND THESE, WHEN WE DO THEY ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE SOME DAMAGE.  IF YOU'VE LOOKED YOU KNOW SO DON'T OVERLOOK THIS ONE.  I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A 63 FORD TAIL LIGHT.  THESE ARE VERY HARD TO FIND SO DON'T OVERLOOK IT IF YOU'RE JUST LOOKING FOR SPARES.   THIS PART IS REALLY CLEAN AND VOID OF MAJOR ISSUES SUCH AS OXIDATION DINGS, AND BAD SCRATCHES.  THERE ARE A COUPLE OF TINY OXIDATION SPOTS/DISCOLORATION  BUT NOTHING OF GREAT CONSEQUENCE. THERE IS ALSO A LITTLE RUST DISCOLORATION THAT SHOULD EASILY CLEAN UP.  POLISHED IT WOULD BE GREAT. IT DOES NOT HAVE THE GASKET AND THE LENSE SCREWS ARE MISSING.  THE LENSE IS OK WITH THE GLASS BACK UP BUT IT TOO NEEDS BRIGHTENED UP.  VERY VERY LITTLE PITTING ON THE CHROME.  ANYWAY, I RATE THE PART A 4 ON A SCALE OF 1-5, WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, BASED ON AGE, RARITY AND CONDITION.  ONE OTHER NOTE...WE'VE ATTENDED SEVERAL OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MID U.S., OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS.  HUNDREDS OF PARTS, THOUSANDS OF VENDORS AND NONE OF THESE!

I am honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old parts have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend major money for a pair the best you can do are look for those in good shape which these are.

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 7 years of selling over a 3000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.
