Shipping

We at SAE Parts simply pass on our shipping charges and do not make any money off of shipping. If you feel that you can get the package to your destination for less, you are more than welcome to call us and arrange your own shipping with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Packages are shipped via FedEx UPS or US Postal Service. If you need faster service, please send us a message through eBay. Additional fees may apply. When your package has been shipped, you will be notified and given a tracking number via E-mail. Shipping days end at 1PM EST.

For all International Buyers. If it is being shipped through a flat rate box or envelope from USPS, it may take up to 60 days for your item to make it through customs and make it to you. International shipments DO NOT have tracking numbers! If you would like to upgrade your shipping or it has been over six weeks please give us a call at 313-817-1722.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, please contact SAE Parts through eBay messages. Once approved by a representative, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We understand that mistakes happen, which is why no restocking fees will be charged, however, any shipping costs incurred, including ads with free shipping, are non-refundable. Any defective parts or mistakes made by SAE Parts will be refunded and shipped back at no cost to you. Any packages returned without authorization will be refused and sent back to you.
