Often 1st Class packages are not scanned as accurately as Priority Mail as we have seen 1st class packages scanned at pickup & then not scanned again until delivery. We reluctantly offer 1st Class shipping only because most buyers place free shipping above reliable shipping in order of importance. First Class Mail is not an expedited service. To date, 100% of all our shipping problems have been with 1st Class Mail. Returns and Warranty Policies |
If you are returning an item please call 1-800-332-9088 for return authorization. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Absolutely no refunds on installed electrical parts. |

Returns for Refund: A refund of a returned item, less original shipping costs, will be issued if return authorization is obtained within 14 days of purchase. The item being returned must be unopened, uninstalled and in resalable condition. |

Not all warranty items can be returned to us, some manufacturers require you to send warranty items back to them direct and prior return authorization is required.
