The side sills are made of carbon fiber, and have a glossy finish to them and have been produced using hand-laid precision composite techniques.
These side sills are not just the OEM parts wrapped in carbon fiber like other sets on the market, and we do not require your parts in exchange either.
These are 100% pre-preg carbon fiber and offer a great weight saving as well as giving your interior a sleeker look.
The door sills replace the existing heavy extruded aluminum set and are very simple to fit.
The side sills kit comes with both the right and left sills. It does not include the small metal plaques with the logo's on.

Nissan LEAF: First UK deliveries
Mon, 21 Mar 2011Mark Goodier gets the first Nissan LEAF delivered in the UK It’s taken a while, but Nissan has finally got the Nissan LEAF on the road in the UK, with the first two customers picking up their cars this morning. Nissan dealers Glyn Hopkin in Waltham Abbey had a pair of nice, shiny, black Nissan LEAFs all prepped and ready to go this morning to the first two UK customers – DJ Mark Goodier and electronics engineer Richard Todd. Mark Goodier – once a Radio 1 key player but now out to pasture at Smooth FM – was the first to drive off in his LEAF, subsequently commenting on Twitter that “…I had a great smooth drive into London today”.

SkyTran to trial maglev two-seater transport system in Israel
Wed, 25 Jun 2014California-based skyTran has signed an agreement with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) to build a test version of its patented maglev transport network. The 500 meter-long demonstrator will begin operation late next year, and is designed to prove the system's potential for reducing road congestion by lifting passengers above the highway, into space that's not currently utilized. The skyTran system is a network of computer-controlled, two-person vehicles that use maglev technology. Users will request one of the system's two-seater pods to the nearest available station using a smartphone app.
