Lotus Evora GTE Road Car Concept heading to Pebble Beach
Mon, 15 Aug 2011Lotus Evora GTE Road Car Concept Lotus has taken away the Exige from its American customers with the Exige Matte Black Final Edition heralding the end, but is planning on giving back something a bit meatier at Pebble Beach trhis month in the shape of the Lotus Evora GTE Road Car Concept. Trans Am Depot only teased the new classic on its website in a video, but it impressively beats a current gen Shelby Mustang in a drag race.

In cold retrospect, there isn't much in the E-type--or the XKE, as it was widely known on this side of the Atlantic--to tarnish its image.
