Cadillac ATS comes to Europe in autumn 2012

Cadillac's ATS compact saloon will go on sale in Europe following the car's centre-stage appearance on the Cadillac stand at the 2012 Paris motor show next month. With provisions made for right-hand drive versions, Cadillac is clearly serious about entering the UK market again, despite the sink-without-trace disappearing act that was the BLS. New Toyota Auris, Auris Tourer Estate & new Verso MPV at Paris

Toyota will reveal the new 2013 Auris, Auris Tourer Estate and Verso MPV at this month’s Paris Motor Show. We’ve already had the reveal of the new Toyota Auris ahead of the Paris Motor Show, but it won’t just be the new Auris that’s on Toyota’s stand. For the first time we are getting a Toyota Auris Tourer (Estate) added to the Auris range and aimed straight in to the firing line of the new Ford Focus Estate and Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer.

The Rolls Royce Wraith (pictured) will get a Drophead sibling in 2016 It was always likely that Rolls Royce would take their ‘affordable’ model – the RR Ghost – and make a coupe version. What wasn’t really on the cards is that they would give it a more dramatic style – and a more driver-focused experience – and tag a name from the past on it to create a new Rolls Royce Wraith for the 21st century. But that’s exactly what they’ve done, and the Wraith does seem to be an effective tool for Rolls Royce to extend the appeal of their cars to a new, perhaps younger, demographic.
