First Sight: Divine DS concept

To mark 100 days since the announcement that DS was to become a brand of its own, separate from Citroën, it has created the Divine DS concept – a self-styled manifesto for the new marque. We traveled to Citroën's DS' design center on the southern outskirts of Paris to be amongst the first to see this statement of intent and speak to the people behind its creation. Pebble Beach Debut For New Range Rover Sport SVR

LAND Rover is taking the performance SUV fight to Porsche as the Brit luxury car maker has unveiled a 550 horsepower version of its popular Range Rover Sport. The car, which is being launched at the prestigious Pebble Beach concourse event, is the fastest, most powerful Land Rover ever produced and the first to wear the SVR designation being adopted by future Land Rover and Jaguar high-performance models. The Range Rover Sport SVR accelerates from 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds and boasts a top speed electronically limited to 162mph plus a Nurburgring Nordschleife lap time of 8 minutes 14 seconds – one of the fastest times ever recorded by a production SUV.

Audi RS Q3 concept

Audi is set to present its latest concept car, the RS Q3, at Auto China 2012. The concept has been developed around the theme of ‘dynamic performance', with Audi lowering its body by around 25mm as well as widening it with sharp detailing in an attempt to explore the potential of the Q3 model series. The concept's single frame grille is bordered by brushed and polished aluminum trim, while the black grille insert features honeycombs that are slightly offset to each other deeper inside to create a 3D effect.
