After the overwhelming success of its European and North American interactive design competitions, GM and Car Design News are excited to announce the launch of their first competition exclusively for the Chinese market, the CDN–GM/PATAC Interactive Design Competition China. Well this is a bit of a shock: Jaguar has announced that it is to start building the E-Type again, after production ceased in 1975. So much for the new F-Type proving popular… No, Jaguar hasn’t gone mad. It’s actually building six re-creation 'Lightweight' E-Types, with the aim of selling them to wealthy historic racing enthusiasts.
