The article talks about his childhood, military service, cars he owned, His races, and much more. This issue also includes articles on "1957 Chevrolet Corvette SS Race Car Zora Arkus-Duntov". The top 10 baseball rookies of 1957 (Brooks Robinson, Tony Kubek, Roger Maris, and seven others). Also, Wilt Chamberlain as a college player at Kansas, and Ben Hogan's Third lesson on fundamentals of golf. All of these features have made this issue very, very, difficult to find! Lingenfelter offers look at car collection

Car collector Ken Lingenfelter, cousin of the renowned NHRA racer John Lingenfelter, is opening his private garage--er, warehouse--to the public this Saturday. For $15, guests can see Ken Lingenfelter's collection of more than 150 vehicles, with proceeds going to the Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology.
