This is a lot of four Carter one-barrel Ball and Ball Carburetors.  These cores can be used for parts or to rebuild. Some parts are missing. I believe that they all have the floats inside, but I have not taken them apart.

I was told that they were used on the Chrysler products 6 cyl. flathead engines. There is also an assortment of parts that are included.

Part numbers are on the upper body flange:
D6A2 E9  looks complete
ETR1R   looks complete
D6H1  E9 missing external linkage, accelerator pump. Choke cross-shaft cut
C6J1  missing external linkage, choke shaft and choke butterfly plate

There may be other parts missing on these carbs. All parts move.

I do NOT know which specific vehicles these are used on.

Please see photos. I will try to answer any questions. US SHIPPING ONLY. Thanks for looking!

Alfa MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde: World record for soggy rubber

Tue, 06 Dec 2011

Alfa MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde World Record Balloon Bursting The Alfa MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde has broken the world record for bursting balloons filled with water in a car – 2,738 balloons. There was a time, when Guinness World Records were new and fascinating, that there was a world record for every daft idea you could think of. And there still is (even though most are bored by pointless world records now), and one of them is now held by the Alfa MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde.

AS part of the MX-5’s 25th birthday celebrations, Mazda has released a limited edition version of its iconic roadster. The MX-5 Roadster Coupe 2.0-litre 25th Anniversary Limited Edition hits the showrooms in August and, to ensure its limited run status, just 1,000 individually numbered examples will be built. Crucially, in a testament to Britain's enduring love affair with open-topped motoring 750 units will be made available to UK customers, with number one being unveiled at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed on 26-29th June.

A heavy key chain may deactivate the airbags in your Chevy Cobalt or Pontiac G5

Thu, 13 Feb 2014

GM is recalling 788,000 Cobalt and Pontiac G5 sedans for a potentially deadly problem with the ignition system. When the vehicles' keys are connected to heavy key chains (or, say, key rings laden with a dozen extra keys), a sufficiently extreme jolt or impact could shift the ignition out of the "run" position and into the "off" position. Cuts electrical power to the vehicles' systems, in turn deactivating the airbags.
