Used carter 2 barrel carburetor removed from a 80 Jeep with the 4.2 liter six cylinder motor. Carb was on one of my Jeeps and i replaced it with a Webber. Jeep actually did not run that bad but was not idling great so i would assume it needs cleaned up / rebuilt. This is the non- feedback carb that actually can run pretty good if set up properly. They were used from about 78-81 on the Cj and some full size jeeps but can replace the carb on your 82-86 Cj eliminating the computer. All the linkages move freely and choke is intact.

The Colorado would be a global truck and is to be sold in 60 markets, and it would replace the aging truck of the same name in the United States.

A Night at the Movies with Alex Xydias

Tue, 22 Apr 2014

“I started shooting movies when I stopped racing,” said original hot rod hero Alex Xydias. “When I had enough stuff I made this.” “This” is "The Hot Rod Story," a documentary shot by the man himself from about 1962 to 1964 at the drag strips, dry lakes and cruise-ins of the day. It's a movie shot in the style of, say, a Bruce Brown surf movie or a Warren Miller ski movie.
