This is a used Carter electric fuel pump. Was on an autocross/street car until last weekend. Pump didn't seem to run all the time and the car died so I replaced the pump. Not sure what the deal is so sold as parts or needing rebuild....check your applications please. What you see is what you get. Check pics ( I took plenty) and ask questions before bidding! No paint rebuilds here. We are doing a major clean out. Comes with what is pictured. Has 4070 stamped at the start of the numbers.
