2014 Mitsubishi i-MiEV receives $6,130 price cut

If you thought that pure-electric cars were still too expensive to make sensible alternatives to gas or diesel cars, Mitsubishi is about to deal another blow to that notion. The electric powered i-MiEV is coming back to the U.S. for the 2014 model year, and Mitsubishi has slashed $6,135 dollars off the price.

The Geneva Show sees a surprising newcomer to its stands in the shape of Fenomemon Ltd and their concept Stratos project. This new London-based vehicle design agency is led by a current student on the Royal College of Art's Vehicle Design course, Chris Hrabalek, who has masterminded a complete full-size mockup of a reborn Lancia Stratos concept for this year's Geneva Show. MINI Superleggera Vision concept unveiled

Doesn’t this look pretty special? It’s the MINI Superleggera Vision concept – a modern interpretation of the classic open-top two-seater created by MINI and Italian design house Touring Superleggera. It was unveiled on the shores of Lake Como at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este 2014 and is purely a concept car for now, but it could well influence future members of an expanded MINI family.
