    2.The buyer agrees that: All items are shipped without insurance. It is the buyers responsibility to let us know if they want insurance on the item. Insurance cost is $2.00 for every $50 insured, in $50 increments. The buyer agrees that if no insurance is purchased and the item is not received or received damaged that no claim shall be brought against the seller.
    3.We only ship to PayPal confirmed street addresses, no exceptions. No PO Boxes, APO, FPO or similar addresses.
    4.The buyer agrees that the item fits the buyers purpose prior to bidding.
    5.The buyer agrees that once we have delivered and shipped the item at USPS, UPS or FEDEX the item(s) delivery, handling, product damage, and non-delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller from any claims arising out of any conditions after the item has been delivered to the place of shipment.
    6.We only ship to the continental United States. The shipping price quoted is for the continental United States Only. All other locations will be charged extra.     Dealers' clunkers filing deadline extended

    The Transportation Department has extended the cash-for-clunkers filing deadline again, to 8 p.m. EDT tonight after reporting that its computer system for dealers "has been fully operational overnight." In an e-mail to the National Automobile Dealers Association that was confirmed by Transportation spokeswoman Jill Zuckman, the Obama administration said, "The system will be closed to new submissions" after 8 p.m. It was the second deadline extension since last Thursday because of Transportation's computer outages.

    Students in their fifth and sixth terms at Art Center College of Design created their visions for the 'Next Lunar Rovers' in a project sponsored by NASA. The design brief, which tasked students with designing the optimal lunar rover for the next moon mission, called for the designs to support the unique functional challenges of such a vehicle while inspiring everyone that sees it to want to go for a drive on the moon. The designs were also meant to serve as an icon to jumpstart interest of the public in lunar expeditions.
