Vauxhall Insignia VXR SuperSport gets a tweak for 2014

The Vauxhall Insignia VXR SuperSport (pictured) gets tweaked for 2014 If you want a swift and able car that costs under £30k, then the Vauxhall Insignia VXR SuperSport, as a hatch or Sports Tourer (estate) should be a car to consider. An now it’s had a tweak for 2014 to make it a bit more appealing in line with the tweaks to the rest of the Insignia range. The changes aren’t really enough to call this a facelift for the SuperSport, but despite the very minor cosmetic tweaks the changes under the skin are worthy of note.

And car makers like to offer range-topping cars with lots of toys added and throw a new moniker in to the mix. Both Koenigsegg One:1s on video at Goodwood As we’ve already reported, the Koenigsegg One:1 is debuting at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend, but rather than a single One:1, Koenigsegg have taken the only two One:1s in existence – yes, it’s two for the price of one at Goodwood. One car – the black one in the photo above – is a new One:1 heading for a customer, but the second (the silver can in the photo and video) is Koenigsegg’s development car, so that’s up for a bit of action on the hillclimb this weekend. But ahead of its public appearance, Goodwood managed to get some time with the One:1s and grab track time behind the wheel.
