Catalina 22 Main Sail Please consider this sail to be a Light/moderately used sail. OEM Catalina Manufactured sail. The body of the material is in good condition. The attachment points look good. The bolt rope looks good. The stitching looks good. Battens included. Has 1 set of reef points. No obvious damage to the sail other than some soiling and staining that may or may not come out with a cleaning. Expect the necessity to replace some or all of the plastic luff track slugs. One or two are broken and some of the others look questionable. Luff = 235", Foot = 111". New retail for this sail is in excess of $870. We have tons and tons of used sailboat parts. Everything from hulls to sails and all the little stuff thats hard to find. If you are needing something for your Hobie, Nacra, Prindle or Solcat and don't see it on auction, send me an email and I will be glad to list it for you if we have it. Dream – Cars of the Future Since 1950
Fri, 28 Nov 2008The city of Turin has been celebrating as World Design Capital 2008 this year with a series of over 200 separate events and exhibitions. One of the highlights has been a series of three themed shows running throughout the year, entitled '20th Century', 'Speed' and 'Dream'; the final exhibition of this trilogy. Housed at the Giovanni Agnelli Espositione - the wonderful Nervi-designed hall on Corso Massimo D'Azeglio that used to host the Salone di Torino in the 1950s - 'Dream' is a fabulous exhibition but, regrettably, one that hasn't been well publicized outside of Turin city.
