Video: Porsche previews the new 911

Now, Porsche has treated us to a little preview, courtesy of a video posted on its YouTube channel that chronicles some final validation and hot-weather testing of the next-generation 911 in Africa. Audi Sportback unveiled at Detroit auto show 2009

The show car hogged the limelight at the Detroit auto show 2009 – and the Audi group chairman Rupert Stadler confirmed to CAR Online that it previewed a Sportback verison of the A5 coupe. While Avant signifies, for Audi, the estate breed, Sportback indicates a more practical hatchback/fastback model.
Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction, Day 2
Thu, 19 Jan 2012Day two of the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction has ended, and our friends at Hagerty have the numbers for us. The top earner for the day was a resto-mod-style 1948 Chevrolet COE truck that sold for $97,900. After a two-year frame-off restoration, the COE got a rust-free California body applied to a late-model General Motors chassis.
