These are the perfect dress up for your cb550, cb550f, or cb500t cafe racer or rat bike!

We have received nothing but great feedback on all of our gauge face decals.  Excellent cut, quality, and accuracy.

These are set of gauge face overlays or decals that will fit alot of honda cb550, cb550f, or cb500t models from the 1970's.  They are green, red, and white color and are made to look similar to original gauge plates made by Honda.  They are adhesive backed vinyl and UV resistant.

Very hard to find, especially for a decent price, and even harder to make.  These can't simply be printed on a home computer.  They have to be professionally printed and cut to ensure good quality.

These are easy to install!

We will include a fabric washer to install around each of the four screws that hold your gauges in place.  These washers prevent bubbling of the decals.  Instructions on how to install will also be included.

These will fit 1970's CB550, CB550f SOHCs and cb500t that meet the below characteristics....

----  Nippon Seiki Japan is printed on the bottom of the tachometer and speedometer

----  The trip and milage cut outs are L shaped and not a basic rectangle

----  The trip cut out is above the milage cutout on the speedometer.

----  There is a 1 1/8" or 29mm distance between the milage and trip cut outs.  Measured from the bottom of the main part of the trip cut out and the top of the milage cut out.

Please take a good look at the pictures and be 110% that you have the correct style tachometer and speedometer before purchasing.  These will not fit all cb550 fours.  Please ask any questions before bidding as well.  I will be sure to answer any questions promptly. No returns will be accepted.  This auction is for the two decals, four washers, and installation instructions...not the housing, dummy lights, or anything else displayed in the pictures.  I have received nothing but good feedback on these.

NO RETURNS. PAYPAL ONLY.

Book Review: Cosmic Motors

Tue, 19 Aug 2008

It is the year 8966-B in Galaxion, a distant galaxy where Daniel Simon has spent the past two years creating visions for the Cosmic Motors brand. Beginning with the Camarudo ‘one-person motion device', the former VW designer puts aside gravity to find unique forms for future vehicles, accompanied by excellent narration that develops the CoMo story and describes the techniques he used. All the vehicles in this stellar catalogue have been made into digital models with Autodesk AliasStudio - and the results are simply stunning.

Texas is the US state that's big on… well, being big. So it's slightly surprising that a Texan has just entered the Guinness World Records book for creating the world's smallest roadworthy car. Is this his answer to our increasingly congested city streets?
