Dodge Charger recall prompted by headlight issue

We reported yesterday that the company issued return-to-dealer orders for the Fiat 500L, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango. Now it turns out that owners of Dodge's muscle sedan may have a trip to the dealer in their immediate future.
Ford offers trip to the summer X Games with Focus ST contest

Ford will have driving simulators at this year's auto shows, and the person who records the fastest time will get a trip to ESPN's summer X Games. Those interested can follow the leaders at Ford's Facebook page, where all of the lap times and info will be posted.
Land Rover Defender to return to U.S.
Mon, 15 Oct 2012Land Rover will bring the redesigned Defender SUV to the United States as its entry-level vehicle, said Ralf Speth, CEO of Jaguar Land Rover. The Defender could debut as early as 2015 and will be based on the DC100 concept shown at the 2011 Frankfurt auto show. The rugged Defender is currently sold in overseas markets and was last sold here in 1997.
