Volvo partnership to improve cyclist safety

The manufacturer has signed an agreement with Swedish firm POC – a company that develops high-tech protective sports gear. I know, production cars are usually a letdown compared to the concept, but the A7 didn’t actually have any of those massively mad bits concept cars boast – 24″ wheels, sliding doors, glass everything – it just looked good. Somehow it seems much more lumpy now we get to see the production model.
Chevrolet preps a new car for NASCAR and for the showrooms
Wed, 14 Mar 2012Chevrolet will replace the Impala in NASCAR with a new model that it also will sell to consumers. General Motors said the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race car and the showroom model will closely resemble each other and will debut in 2013 as a new nameplate in the Chevy lineup. GM said it will unveil the cars later this year.
