College Exhibition: Elisava Design Degree Show 2004

Nov 26, 2004 - Graduating students from the Transportation Design Masters program at Spain's Elisava School of Design presented their work in the 2004 Degree Show entitled 'Mobility Techniques' held in July at the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion, in Barcelona. This first photograph of the iQ shows that the production version of this fascinating mini has kept all the cheeky charm of last year’s show car, which won CAR’s concept car of the year gong. The iQ at 2007’s Frankfurt Motor Show wowed us for its fresh design, its simplicity and its back-to-basics overhaul of how a small car could be engineered.

Mitsubishi i-MiEV (2011) electric car to cost £39,000

By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 24 March 2010 09:46 We always knew electric cars would be pricey, but we were slightly taken aback by the cost of the new Mitsubishi i-MiEV coming to the UK in January 2011: it's going to cost £38,699. The i-MiEV will be one of the first battery cars on sale here, as opposed to the small-scale lease projects such as the Mini E, and will arrive around the same time as the Nissan Leaf EV. Help is at hand to trim that £39k on-the-road price tag.
