A. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to accept a credit card that is billed outside the United States of America, therefore we DO NOT Accept International Orders. Shipping outside the United States is possible, however international rates may apply.

Q. Will I have to pay sales tax if I buy this product from you?

A. Sales tax only applies in the state of Illinois (7.00%). If you do not live in the state of Illinois, sales tax will not be applied to your order.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Unfortunately, due to our LOW, LOW prices on our auctions, we can not accept a return on a unit unless it has a manufacturer's defect. If this is the case, we will exchange the defective unit for a new unit.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to our LOW, LOW prices on eBay, we can not accept a return from an auction purchase. If the merchandise purchased from J.A. Incorporated is defective upon receipt, we will gladly repair or exchange at our descretion.
