This CD is packed with information that I’ve created and collected over my years as a flight instructor.  It includes all of my multi-page lesson plans used while instructing at both Part 61 and 141 flight schools to include information I’ve used and studied while earning my Master’s Degree in Aviation Education.

I’ve received nothing but commendable comments from FAA and Designated examiners during my checkrides.

-         CFI checkride the FAA examiner said, “I am thoroughly impressed with your knowledge, skill, and  outstanding preparation as evidenced by your lesson plans and CFI library.  Here’s my card and use me as a reference if you need it.”

-         CFII checkride, the Designated examiner stated, “I knew this was going to be an easy checkride at the beginning after seeing the depth of your CFII library and lesson plans.”

I’m a firm believer in not re-inventing the wheel so I’m offering my lesson plans and entire library on CD to hopefully save you some time and effort.  The multi-page lesson plans are saved as Microsoft Word documents so that you can personalize and tailor them to your individual/student needs.

Additionally, I’m including an electronic logbook that’s completely customizable to your own required fields.

There are far too many items to list but I’ve listed a few of the documents, simulators, etc…. that you’ll find on the CD below:

Peugeot 408 GT Coupe planned for 2016

Tue, 24 Dec 2013

Peugeot 408 GT Coupe planned for 2016 based on the 308 (pictured) The market for smaller four-door coupes has grown in recent years, and it looks like the Mercedes CLA – the four-door coupe version of the Mercedes A-Class – is a runaway success. That seems to have given Peugeot the idea that it should revive the ’40-something’ badge a couple of years after they dropped the 407 and 607 in favour of the 508 and build a new coupe, this time a four-door. The Peugeot 407 was a larger two-door coupe – the not quite as convincing update for the very good 406 coupe – which had an old-world coupe feel and was very much a niche product in Peugeot’s range.

Mercedes-Benz B-Class aerodynamics tested [w/video]

Tue, 21 Feb 2012

Mercedes-Benz has produced a video testing the aerodynamics of its new B-Class – which it claims is the most aerodynamically efficient car in the world – using a wind tunnel and fluorescent paint. The W245-generation B-Class has the lowest aerodynamic drag in its segment with a Cd of just 0.26, thanks to features such as serrated front wheel arch spoilers, optimized cooling airflow and a Pagoda roof to help airflow over its profile. The car's aero properties were put to the test at the MIRA vehicle test facility in the UK using fluorescent paint in 60mph winds to highlight its flow dynamics, only visible under UV lights.
