MARINE IGNITION KEY

In the 60's and 70's Chrysler went boating and produced a large number of motor boats, most with names borrowed from their vehicle fleet and featuring car-like steering wheels, Hemi's and other cool stuff.

There were at least six different keys used by Chrysler Marine, all stating with "CH" followed by a low digit number.  Unfortunately, most of the info and codes are lost to time.  As such, you will need to be careful when ordering and compare your current key carefully.

This particular Chrysler Marine key is more "automotive" then the others, leading me to believe it may have been used for INBOARD motors (like on the Super Bee and Conqueror).  It has a SQUARE head (most of the other keys had an oval head) with the familiar PENTASTAR logo on it.  It also has DOUBLE CUTS (on each side of the blade), while the other Chrysler marine keys use a single set of cuts along one side of the blade.

The Zhonghua H530 from Brilliance is a compact sedan based on the Huachen A platform, designed by the renowned Italian design house, Pininfarina. The car features the family grille with its central bar and emphasized by the hood surface's feature lines and lower air intake treatment. BMW recall 1.3 million 5 & 6 Series BMW is to recall 1.3 million 5 Series and 6 Series cars built between 2003 and 2010 to fix a battery cable cover. It’s been an expensive year for BMW on the recall front. January saw MINI recall 235,000 Cooper and JCW models to fix a faulty auxiliary water pump on the turbo, and now a massive 1.3 million BMW 5 Series and 6 Series cars are being recalled. The cars affected are the BMW 5 and 6 Series built between 2003 and 2010 where BMW has discovered a battery cable cover in the boot may have been mounted incorrectly.

Flood-damaged car 'bought' by 12-year-old

A SUBMERGED CAR that was abandoned because of flooding on the Somerset Levels and put on eBay has sold for more than £100,000. The unnamed bidder paid £101,100 on the online auction site to buy the Seat Toledo after it was put up for sale by owner Hubert Zajaczkowski, 21. Mr Zajaczkowski planned to donate the cash to a charity helping the victims of flooding in Somerset.
