This Chaparral SS 394 has a CCW engine and is overall in decent shape.  It is missing the top cover as pictured and has a bent ski.  The bellypan needs some work as there is a hole on the right side near the front of the track.  The engine turns over smoothly with good compression.  The odometer shows 1450 miles0.  If you purchase the sled but can't get it right away, I can store the sled for several months at no additional cost until local pickup can be arranged, as long as the snowmobile has been paid for.  Free delivery to A-1 or HAYDAYS! All items are sold as-is. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, -Paul (269) 838-0395

Alfa Romeo Mito GTA (2009): first official picture

Mon, 23 Feb 2009

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 23 February 2009 09:19 Alfa Romeo has managed to squeeze a remarkable 240bhp from 1742cc in its new Mito GTA concept car. It's the hot hatch version of the Mito supermini and will form the centrepiece of the Alfa stand at next week's 2009 Geneva motor show. This is the first GTA since the musclebound 147. GTA stands for gran turismo alleggerito  – and this pocket rocket version of the Mito has indeed been lightened and toughened up to give it some serious performance.

New small Jaguar (Jaguar XS) caught on video at Nurburgring

Tue, 06 Aug 2013

The new small Jaguar pictured testing at the Nurburgring. A replacement for the un-loved Jaguar X-type has been on Jaguar’s ‘To Do’ sheet for some time, but a new small Jaguar is now finally on the way, although it is still probably more than a year away from hitting Jaguar showrooms. But a year or so is no time in terms of new car development, so Jaguar are already out playing with prototypes of the new small Jaguar – perhaps the Jaguar XS – although they’re wearing slightly unconvincing XF clothes.

Scottish Car of the Year 2011: Big night for Jaguar Land Rover

Sat, 15 Oct 2011

Scottish Car of the Year 2011 Last night saw the awards dinner for the Scottish car of the Year at the Thistle in Glasgow, with Land Rover taking top honours and Jaguar walking away with three gongs (well, two gongs and the motoring equivalent of a ‘Lifetime Achievement’ trophy). The unstoppable Range Rover Evoque took the big prize, being voted the Scottish Car of the Year. Of course, it also won SUV of the year (it would have been a bit odd if it didn’t) and at this rate – and the great feedback from customers and media – Land Rover look like they’ll be mopping up a lot of gongs this next year.
