Up for bid is a 1986 Corvette 5.7 short block with heads. This was removed from a running driving car and all the accessories were sold or used. The heads were removed for inspection. This is a 2 bolt main high nickle block that can be cleaned up, resealed and used as is or can be a terrific core for rebuilding.
I will split up the heads and short block if someone is interested in either just email me and we can work out the details.
I will deduct 295.00 from the price if the item is picked up and paid for in cash in person.

The space-age concept car – designed by Alex Tremulis, McKinley Thompson, Syd Mead, Bill Dayton, John Najjar, and Elwood Engel – debuted in 1961 at the New York International Auto Show and featured two wheels mounted along the car's centerline, usung a gyroscope for stability. The full-size model – which relied on stabilizing wheels instead of a gyroscope – also predicted the development of satellite navigation systems, car phones and infrared sensing.
