Our normal business hour is Monday to Friday except public holidays. Therefore, all the messages and questions received on the weekend will be answered on the following business day.  Most messages and questions will usually be responded by our customer service within 24 to 48 business hours. 

Shipping & Handling:

Our main shipping courier is USPS under normal circumstances.  Tracking number will ONLY be provided for priority mail unless specified differently.  We also offer discount shipping for most items if you order multiple quantity.  Please note that item(s) will be shipped within two (2) business days usually after payment is received and cleared.  Local pick up is NOT available due to eBay policy.

We do ship WORLDWIDE and welcome all the international customers.

Payment Condition:

Due to eBay policy, we can only accept PayPal.

Please commit to pay as we will file unpaid item dispute if we do not receive a cleared payment seven (7) days after listing ends.  Negotiation and bargaining are not allowed.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30 full days warranty on our items.  If the item is defective, we will send you a replacement ONLY IF you send us back the defective item.   This is mainly for our protection and we will inspect the item carefully before resending.  We will only issue exchange or refund if the item is in ORIGINAL condition and it must be UNUSED and UNDAMAGED.

All shipping and handling cost is not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return item postage fee.
