This is a set of  4 2 RH & 2 LH,  3100 1954 & 1955 1st series hood hinges. Feel reasonably tight but hard to really tell w/o being installed but I would not have saved them for spares if they were not any good. Typical surface rust but nothing discernable. Easy detail/paint and install.  I could not find the other halves-the ones with the springs and then after picture was taken and while ad was written, remembered that they are on the hood which is stored in another building. They are included and a picture will be added later.   NO RESERVE  This has been in long term storage for many years and recently re-discovered when gathering up all the spare parts I can find to get ready to sell my rust free '55 1st series 5 window project which I am selling to finish other projects. Just had too many going on at once.  See my other auctions for more 1954 & 1955 Chevy pickup parts and/or inquire.  I do combine auctions for multiple purchases. Shipping at $17.50 USPS Priority

Our pros have names such as Block, Foust, Gittin and Deegan.

High-performance Cadillac CTS-V coupe spied on the road

Thu, 26 Feb 2009

Despite the rash of bad news coming from General Motors over the past several months, the engineering corps is still hard at work. And we've got a glimpse of a car we would love to have in our garage--the Cadillac CTS-V coupe. Cadillac's redesigned CTS coupe is set to launch in fall 2010, and it would add some Eldorado-esq panache to the Caddy stable.

Autoweek in review: What you may have missed

At the start of the week, our own Dutch Mandel offered his take on the best and worst of the automotive Super Bowl XLVI commercials. Check out his column here, and see the Super Bowl commercials for yourself at shopautoweek.com. One of the more popular Super Bowl ads came courtesy of Chevrolet and the indie band OK Go.
