Front seats fits 2005 - 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer and GMC Envoy with low back bucket seats, adjustable head rests and integrated seal belts (seat belts come right out of top of seat next to head rests) Middle seat covers fit 2002 - 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer and GMC Envoy two row version (No Third Row of Seats). They are a 60/40 split bench seat (60 side is on driver's side) and have two adjustable head rests. These seat coves are a dark grey velour with a matching pattern insert.
