The Niro hybrid is Kia’s future take on a city car, while the Soul EV and new Optima hybrid will be out later this year. Higher speed limits result in fewer crashes
Tue, 25 Mar 2014Raising the speed limit can make roads safer, according to a study carried out in Denmark. The Danish Road Directorate monitored how driver behaviour and accident rates changed when speed limits on country roads and motorways were increased.
