Wausau, Wisconsin, United States
Condition:Used Brand:GM Manufacturer Part Number:3962084

Up for sale is an cylinder head assembly with push rods and original mounting bolts removed from a 1970 Nova 230ci straight 6 cylinder engine.

  • Casting number: 3962084
  • Date code: K 25 9 (November 25th 1969)
  • Additional cast info by spark plug area: 41F   2086   2084
  • Addition cast info by valve train: GM11   12    084

The engine this was removed from was a 230ci, but casting numbers on the head come up as a being from a 250ci. Not sure if this was a factory oversight or someone changed it out over the years, but the date on the block is very close to the date on the head. Either way from what I read the 230 250 and 292 heads interchange with no visual or performance differences.

Engine ran good a few years ago, pulled for a V8 and put in dry storage. Just like any used cylinder head, it's being sold as a core to be cleaned up and gone though.

Head assembly is very heavy (72 pound boxed weight) and will ONLY be shipping within the continental US 48 states, NO PO box addresses, oversea or international shipping.

If you have any questions or need additional pictures send me a message and I'll get back to you asap.

Be sure to check my Ebay store and other listings often as I have an extensive and growing inventory of good used Willys, GM and Ford parts from the 40's, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s along with a random selection of new and NOS aftermarket and OEM parts that will continue to be listed at low no reserve prices.

Saab China – Deal Dead

Mon, 24 Oct 2011

Saab has terminated the deal with Youngman and Pang Da Did we expect anything different? Saab has announced that the deal for Chinese companies Youngman and Pang Da to take a €245 million stake in Saab has been terminated. Saab say that they have terminated the agreement because Pang Da and Youngman have failed to confirm their commitment to the Subscription Agreement on the agreed terms, and the money the Chinese (according to Saab) were to pay by this weekend has not been received.

Electric Cars now VAT free in Iceland

Tue, 10 Apr 2012

Electric Cars in Iceland now VAT free The Icelandic Government has decided to remove VAT on electric cars to bring EV costs in line with ICE prices. We don’t believe that Governments should be promoting EVs and Hybrids by giving tax breaks to buyers. In a country like the UK – and most other countries – promoting EV cars at the taxpayers expense is a nonsense.
